How long do you get the packages for?

Of course just let us know at the time of booking and we can work out a price (£15 per additional hour)

How long does the packages take to set up?
We arrive 45 minutes before the party/event starts to make sure we are set up and everything is checked and you are happy.

How do you pay?
Once the deposit is paid to confirm the booking then the remaining amount is payable on the day via cash or internet banking on delivery of package.
We no longer accept cheques and if paying by cash we require the remaining amount when we deliver and if paying remaining amount via internet transfer we require the day before the party.

Are we insured?
Yes we have Public Liability Insurance and a CRB check is in place.
